Once a quiet area of farms and vineyards, the neighbourhood grew rapidly during the 19th century, turning into a lively residential district that has been home to notable figures like writer Simone de Beauvoir and fashion designer Christian Dior.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Sèvres-Lecourbe, is just a 9-minute walk.
Paris-Orly Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
Important Information for Residents:
Lift Usage: Please press "E" instead of "1" for the lift, as the flat is on the mezzanine level.
Dining Room: Extendable table (1.65m diameter) accommodates 6-8 people. Refer to the attached document for the extension mechanism.
It should be noted that these are old buildings; avoid turning the extractor hood up to 3 (i.e. maximum), putting the washing machine or dishwasher on after 9pm, and talking too loudly in the kitchen.
Never leave the key inside the lock: if the door slams and the tenant is outside, it will no longer be possible to open it, even with a second key.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
