Our chic 26m2 studio is on the 1st floor without a lift and offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. A stay here promises an unforgettable experience, blending modern design with Parisian charm.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space featuring a large sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, stairs to the loft bedroom, a TV to watch all their favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The loft bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The 4th arrondissement is located in the centre of Paris. During the day, its stone architecture and narrow streets in the Middle Ages style are admired. Rue François Miron, may hold a few surprises for you and fill your eyes with wonder.

Visit Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, then go to the Georges-Pompidou National Centre of Art and Culture and finish by visiting the National Museum of Modern Art. For shopping enthusiasts, go through Rue des Francs Bourgeois (the boundary between the 3rd and 4th arrondissements) where you will find shops selling various clothes and accessories.

For a moment of relaxation, visit the Place des Vosges. Note that many squares are located in the 4th, such as the Place de la Bastille, a symbolic place of the French Revolution. There are many restaurants, especially in the Marais, on the Ile Saint-Louis, and around the Centre Pompidou.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Hôtel de Ville, is just a 2-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 52-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
