✓ The apartment has a self-contained entrance (via a Smartlock). We will open you remotely once you are outside the door. So please do your check-in at reasonable times (please avoid after midnight).
✓ The apartment is equipped with premium furniture. Please take care of it, especially the billiards / air hockey table. (Do not put glasses on the table while playing, do not put glasses on the edge of the table, etc.). In case of damage, a fee will be charged depending on the value of the damaged item).
✓ The apartment is located in a condominium and no parties should take place after 10 p.m. to respect the neighborhood.
