I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fred Hotel! It’s a cute and welcoming boutique hotel that’s off the beaten path with a friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean and mirrored the pictures online as advertised. I was a solo traveler and room was a perfect and comfortable size for me. The neighborhood has more of a residential feel so it feels like you’re living more of the “real” Parisian life. Hotel also has a cute outdoor patio area. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in short walking distance from hotel and 15-30min drive to the main Paris tourist areas.

Stayed for 2 nights. Receptionist was very friendly with a warm welcome. Lady at the breakfast is very polite and helpful. Clean and comfortbale bedding. Very quiet and pleasant stay!!

The hotel is just a block away from metro station. The area is peaceful and has several restaurants, cafes and bakeries within 5 minutes walk. Our room is clean, the bed is comfy, and has daily house keeping service.

We had a wonderful stay at The Fred Hotel. You are home away from home. Everybody who works at the hotel, are wonderful, super friendly, very caring, helpful and very kind. We had an amazing time. We are looking forward to go back again.

The hotel was situated on a quiet street and the staff were so nice and helpful. There was only one evening where we head a large party up to about 4AM from the neighborhood. The facilities are excellent although a bit small with the dining area quite busy in the morning. The rooms were well appointed with the bathroom and shower working fine. As noted by others - the rooms are small and could be a bit cramped for two people sharing a standard room with two suitcases. The location is very nice with easy walking to two metro stations and nice neighborhood brasseries, shops, and cafes within ten minute walking.

My partner and I have an amazing experience at your hotel. Everything was perfect a part from the breakfast which was a let down. France is known for its food, there were not a good selection of pastries, fresh fruits and the cold meat was only pork

The staff was welcoming and being a foreigner they were still accommodating. We all tried speaking each others language and that made me feel good and comfortable. There was an older gentleman dark color skin was one of the nicest people in France and that will make us come back in stay. The room was so roomy and comfortable. The windows opened up for us to get some airflow and the shower was a good size. Loved staying here and will be back. It’s not in the more packed locations of Paris but one of my favorite skates shops and restaurants is close by so I was happy.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. I was in Paris for work so I was not spending a ton of time in my room. The only little quirk was that the bathroom was quite small and it was a little tricky to get into the shower without getting the floor in the bathroom very wet. It was manageable but a bit of a weird room layout choice. Overall though, my stay was pleasant.

The location was great in a neighbourhood where Parisians live but convenient to tourist sites. Rooms were clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. Down side is rooms are extremely small- difficult for 2 people. Poorly designed space so there is nowhere to put anything. Shower hot and good pressure but leaks and floor was wet. Drinking water not replenished daily. Overall well located and clean. Good for 1 person but I wouldn’t stay there again with 2 people. Also seems overpriced for what you get
