Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem Viertel mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Die U-Bahn-Station liegt praktischerweise direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und andere Linien sind weniger als 15 Gehminuten entfernt.
