This beautiful bright and new apartment, decorated with much taste, can accommodate up to 8 travellers. With its great size of 56M2, it consists of 2 bedrooms a living room, a dining area adjoining a fully equipped kitchen. 2 beautiful bathrooms with mutlijet shower and 1 independent WC, contribute to this feeling of comfort. We had Netflix, Smart TV, a Nespresso machine. Ideal location quiet, near the Seine River, Paris Expo, Roland Garros, restaurants, 50m of a typical Parisian market...

Alive area in Paris with restaurants/bars and shops around in the heart of the classy 16th district.
Supermarket & restaurants nearby. Typical Parisian market, 4 times a week.

Cute Paris flat

My family and I stayed at this flat in Paris for three nights. It’s only one block from the River where you can see the Eiffel Tower. It slept the 5 of us very comfortably and had two showers! It’s on the first floor so it was easy to manage luggage. We had the windows open while we were there to let in fresh air. It was close to the train station, restaurants and grocery store. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the streets were clean. Communication with Laurent was amazing. They checked in on us via the messenger several times and responded promptly to all of my inquiries. I highly recommend staying here.
