Ideally located in the center of Paris, this apartment is a convenient home for a Parisian stay. It was designed with 5 separate bedrooms, to welcome a large family or group of friends. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen and its own patio to relax after a busy day of exploring Paris.
The space
This apartment is set in a former private mansion, classified as a historical monument, built in 1665 by one of the architects of the Château de Versailles, Thomas Gobert.

The apartment includes:

- 2 Shared bathrooms (with showers, no WCs)
- 2 Separate WCs

5 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed
- Bedroom 2 with two double beds
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed
- Bedroom 4 with a double bed
- Bedroom 5 with a double bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: 1 sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 12 people and can accommodate up to 14 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is accessible through the stairs on the 1st floor (no elevator)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
