Bright, in an ideal and central area of the city, this charming apartment completely renovated will delight a couple passing through Paris. With its partial view of the Eiffel Tower, you can admire it day and night (please note that in case of works, the view of the Eiffel Tower could be obstructed).

Close to many shops (Rue Cler), restaurants and public transport, it is ideal for enjoying a short or long stay in Paris.

Only 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and 2 minutes from the famous rue Saint Dominique renowned for its It is a prime location in the capital.


The main room consists of:
- a lounge area with an armchair, small decorative tables, chairs, to share a glass of wine as a couple, a television and a chest of drawers to arrange your personal belongings throughout the stay.
- a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed

The kitchen open to the main room is fully equipped (hobs cooking, refrigerator, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, as well as all the utensils necessary to prepare good homemade dishes). It also has a bar with two high stools allowing you to share meals for two.

The bathroom consists of a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor that can be accessed without a lift.
