Experience the Parisian lifestyle in a very charming apartment in Le Marais, the most historical part of Paris, with many restaurants and things to discover all around. For me the best part of Paris.
Very close to the Seine river.
The entrance of the building is on the Place des Vosges but very quiet as the apt is on courtyard.

You will stay in one of the most famous and iconic square of Paris, the first royal square.
The entrance of the building is like arriving in a palace with a beautiful staircase.
The apartment is at the 3rd floor, last floor, on the courtyard, so very quiet. When I'm here during the week end, I could forget I live in the center of Paris.
The apartment is very stylish with authentic designer furnitures as Le Corbusier and art pieces and decoration picked in auction or antic shops, mostly from 40'-50'.
You can also find a lot of architecture books as I'm architect and passioned about it.
The apartment is very confortable for relaxing or working with the high speed internet connection.

The apartment is very large with one dining room, one double living room including one space with a desk if you want work remotely, one bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm).

The bed is new and very confortable with feathers pillows.
There is also wardrobe available for you.
The bathroom goes with a tub, so you can even have a long bath after walking too much to explore the city.
The kitchen is not very big but fully equipped with a good coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
the apartment is at the 3rd floor with no elevator, but I think the stairs are very confortable and easy to walk up.
The building is from the 19th century, all in stone.

Very difficult to rate and review as for us the location and building were 5/5, but the faciltities and cleanliness left much to be desired. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout the stay. The space is large and open but a plan of the apartment would have been apprecaited as the (very small) toilet without a hand basin is next to the kitchen and is the whole apartment distance from the bedroom. All the electrical sockets have multiple extention cables which are a definite trip hazard and seemed overloaded in the kitchen. There were some lights we could not figure out how to turn on and there was little in the way of practical instructions. For us the quality of the bed linen and towels was poor in regard to the amount of money we were paying for our stay.
