This property worked great for our 6 person (3 couples) group. Besides the dining table, there weren't many places to sit and chat as a group and the area where the apartment was is a bit sketchy, but it was great other than that. If it were a smaller place where I might be alone, I would worry, but since it is a big place for groups, I thought it was great. Check in was super simple and easy as well.

L'arrivée ne s'est pas bien déroulée, à 15h, horaire prévue, une personne était toujours en train de faire le ménage et nous a indiqué qu'il fallait attendre 15h30. Mais à 15h30 ce n'était pas encore terminé, draps et serviettes n'étaient pas livrées (Problème sur la route d'après les informations communiquées). Nous avons accédé au logement avec 1h30 de retard sur l'horaire annoncé et c'est toute notre organisation de cette première après midi qui est tombée à l'eau. Nous n'étions présents que deux nuits et cela a beaucoup impacté notre séjour.Il a été difficile de voir notre organisation et nos visites programmées être compromises. La cour intérieure et l'appartement sont agréables, attention, deux lits de 160 et un de 140, et non trois lits de 160. Des traces d'humidité assez importante dans la plus grande chambre. Des réparations à effectuer, poignée de la porte principale par exemple et un ménage plus important également, les sols n'étaient pas sales mais pas propres non plus.. Les douches, les sdb ont besoin également d'un gros nettoyage sur les joints etc. L'accès peut être assez effrayant, la sortie par le métro à proximité est impressionnante tellement l'environnement est sale. L'appartement est à 100m, l'immeuble est très bien, même plutôt très joli. Cela dénote avec la rue à deux pas.

Hätte schön sein können

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung hätte besser sein können - auch der Zustand der Möbel war in die Jahre gekommen. Zu Beginn hatten wir Probleme mit einem kleinen Wasserschaden im Badezimmer - das wurde jedoch schnell behoben. In der Küche brach eine Schranktür weg, nicht so toll. Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig und angenehm.
