Great location, good comfort for the right price!

Great location and great stay for the price. Close to metro station and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and cafes. Location seems to never sleep, lots of energy surrounding and you truly feel the local vibes. Would highly recommend for budget stay and would definitely stay here again!

Short break

It's location is great for almost everything, restaurants, bars, theater, metro etc. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fresh but basic, I say that compared too other hotels. It was satisfactory but not wow.

Great location! Comfortable bed, but it was tiny and old. No air conditioning/heat (very hot in the lobby, hall, and room). Little amenities.

We have no complaints about the facilities or the location, we were satisfied. When we arrived at the hotel and had to pay the lodging tax, we asked again and again because we weren't fluent in English and were skeptical about the security of Paris, but the receptionist patiently explained.

This was a very good property. If you are looking for upscale, this is not the property for you. Like many hotels in this area you should ask for a room in the back so you dont hear noise from local cafes that stay open till midnight. It didnt bother me. Great location, woth Metro one block away. Very quaint, good service and a sufficient breakfast available for extra $10.00. Although very basic. Great coffee and good Crossants. Loved the neighborhood. Clean rooms except the shower curtain was stain with iron. Felt very good about this property.

The room was nice and clean when we arrived. However, it was very small. There was no bar fridge. Hotel offers daily room cleaning but one morning we only got clean towels and bed was made. Bathroom wasnt cleaned at all. Our tea, coffee and milk supplies were not topped up. Only after mentioning above issues, we got our room cleaned and was able to get more tea and coffee. No TV in english and TV signal was really bad... on positive note, very good location. 3 different metro lines in the area. Losts of coffee shops and restaurants around. Reception staff was really nice.
