Hotel’s staff is very nice and helpful. The location is easily accessible by metro. You can go to main tourist attractions by metro and don’t need to spend on taxis. The bed was comfortable. The property looked modern and remodeled.

The rooms are tiny. I was there on my own but even two people would have to choreograph their movements very carefully. Having said that, I am very happy with the trade-off. What I want in a room for a short stay is that it is perfectly clean and that everything works. This hotel offers, in addition, a coffee maker in the bedroom and a really wonderful breakfast buffet (which I signed up for by mistake.) Staff were helpful and smiley. My only slight reservation is the location. The area around Gare du Nord is not the best and the hotel is in a side street, which is quite well lit but which I nonetheless felt was a bit daunting. It wouldn't stop me staying there again though.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights from 6 - 11 September 2024 (over the last few days of the Paralympics.) It was an excellent base for us to explore Paris and travel to and from CDG Airport, Gard de Nord, and out to Versailles. We arrived early on our first day so put our cases in their storage area and set off on foot to explore the canal area, Gard D’Ouest and finally off to the Marais area finally returning at 11pm! The staff were helpful, most spoke English, our room and the hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast catered for all tastes and was very enjoyable. In terms of the room, I found the lighting a little too subtle in the bathroom for me and would have liked a small magnifying mirror to help with makeup/ shaving. Lovely bathrobes & slippers provided. I was concerned after booking the hotel when I read reviews about safety in the surrounding area and at the nearby Metro stations. However, we went to the Metro stations south of the hotel and soon had no concerns. Staff at the Metro stations were extremely helpful. Safety and cleanliness on the Metro was also very good. We definitely benefited from the money invested in Paris as a result of the Olympics. The quiet street the hotel was also being smartened up. There were also a lot of restaurants and cafes a few streets over to the west of the hotel which were buzzing with atmosphere we discovered too late on our last evening. We would happily return to the hotel and wish its staff well.

Hi, Everything was very nice overall, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, I did notice that the gluten-free options at breakfast were quite limited. Additionally, there were no clear labels indicating which products were lactose-free or gluten free. As dietary needs like gluten and lactose intolerance are not uncommon, it would be wonderful to see a wider variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options, clearly marked, in the future. Thank you again for the otherwise pleasant experience!

While the staff was pleasant and very helpful there was no A/C in the room, the location is in a dirty unsafe neighborhood, and the breakfast is nowhere near a 20 euro value. To top it off -- there is NO ICE IN THE HOTEL. The clerk had to get a few cubes from a small refrigerator in the kitchen. I booked the hotel because of the Best Western name. This place does not live up to the BW reputation. Stay away. Not recommended.

We prepaid for a room with two beds and got two very small rooms next to each other on the top floor. Very uncomfortable for three tall people, had to hunch over and no room whatsoever in the shower. We checked in and left within 10-15 miles minutes.

The staff wasn’t too friendly and nice at check-in. The room in the TV didn’t work and they were all rooms available for me to change into… the walls were very thin, so you could hear everything with your neighbour. The smoke alarms constantly kept going off during the night as people are smoking in their rooms.

Situato in posizione ottimale per visitare le aree di maggiore interesse anche a piedi, in una via laterale molto tranquilla anche di notte. La nostra camera era appena stata rinnovata con arredi nuovi e il tutto era molto pulito. Le personnel est très bien et attentionné. La chambre ne correspondait pas à celle réservée. Quartier bruyant. Pas de parking et pas d'accès véhicule pour déchargement des bagages. Télé qui ne fonctionnait pas mais qui a été réglé durant le séjour. Robinet de lavabo défectueux.
