Our party of three friends enjoyed this great apartment. It is in a bustling neighborhood, but it’s very quiet inside, as the windows open to a space that isn’t street-side. It is super walkable, with Notre Dame cathedral right across the river, tons of restaurants, shops, boulangeries, and cafes right there, as well as subway stops nearby. It’s on floor 1 1/2, so some stairs will need to be negotiated. Choose this property for its comfort and location!

Amazing location handy access to main attractions

We had a great time sraying at this fab glat in Paris. We selected it due to its vicinity to Rer b which proved a game changer. Owner very helpful with check in, place very clean and spacious.

Apartment worked out great. Clean, comfortable and a great location for tourist visiting Paris. Easy walk to Notre Dame, Louvre and Metro / RER. As others have said, the washer/dryer is a bit confusing, but we were able to figure it out.

Like the name says the location can't be beat, 100 feet from the river. Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. Very quaint building but the apartment is all modernized so you get the best of both worlds.

Highly recommend this property for your stay in Paris. Located in Latin Section so restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, bars, and many attractions were walkable. The open layout was perfect for our family of 5. Enough space for us all to relax during our down time.

This is a wonderful property in a great area of Paris. A few blocks from Notre Dame and right on the Seine. Great cafes in area and fun location by Blvd. Saint Michel for more touristy walks. We had 6 adults stay here and it worked out great with nice kitchen and living space. Highly recommend!

Well appointed apartment in stunning location

The apartment lived up to the advertised photos and descriptions. Very well appointed with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Communications with the manager/owner were also excellent. The apartment was exceptionally clean with good bedding and linens. It was a little quirky in sitting between floors 1 and 2! Excellent location within walking distance to most of the major attractions and sights. Highly recommend this apartment for small groups or couples.

Incredible location on the Seine

Great location. You can see the Louvre to your left and Notre Dame to your right when you exit the apartment. Apartment is clean and spacious. There is not much natural light but I think that is clear from the pictures. Wish there had been a book or someone to meet us upon arrival, as with many other rentals. We were never able to figure out the washer/dryer but otherwise everything was great.

Amazing apartment in St. Germain!

The location of this modern, spacious apartment is truly incredible. Cafes, shops and the Seine are literally right outside the door. And yet, once you close the door the apartment is extremely quiet (amazing!). The neighborhood is bustling and lovely and the apartment is also only a short walk to many of the major sites in the city (with public transport right nearby as well if you prefer). You couldn't find a better place to stay in Paris. The apartment is recently renovated and well appointed with attention to all the details. The owner was easy to communicate with as well.

Fantastic apartment in the best location!

My husband and I brought our daughter and her two children to Paris for 10 days, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment in the heart of Paris, very close to Notre Dame. The communication was excellent with our host! We were permitted to drop off our luggage earlier than check-in time, which was a tremendous help, allowing us to enjoy the city without dragging our bags with us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Though there is no "view" of the street from the apartment, there are plenty of windows for ventilation, as well as air-conditioning (which we didn't need). We HIGHLY recommend this spacious, comfortable apartment, and the courteous, accommodating hosts.

Fantastic Location

A great apartment. Plenty of room as there was only 3 of us. Bathrooms worked well. Kitchen well equipped. No instructions for the Washer/Dryer. We contacted the agent and the lovely cleaning lady helped us there. The stairs could be a problem. As the apartment is between floors it could prove to be risky trying to get bags up or down to the lift as the stairs are very steep. Overall, it is a satisfactory apartment in a terrific location. Thank you for having us to stay.

Extended family week in Paris

The location of the apartment was exceptional. Most of the important areas of center city are walkable or easy to access by Metro. There are several food markets near by, important for a family with children. The apartment is spacious, well structured with a complete kitchen and two full bathrooms. The air conditioning provided welcome relief during a heat wave. As noted in the online description, there is not a lot of natural light though the apartment is well lit. There are not separate A/C units in two of the bedrooms and you may need to leave doors open during a heat wave. There is a small elevator but the apartment is actually midway between two floors and you must walk and carry bags on some stairs. In all, very much enjoyed using the apartment.

Great location for the Olympics

Location, location, location is everything! Great location right on the Siene a couple of blocks from train/subway station. Restaurant options were unlimited in this neighborhood between this apartment and the Odeum train station. The apartment is compact, but offered an alcove between the bedroom (with 2 beds) and a bathroom for a crib to be placed in. Regarding air conditioning, there are only 2 room units, one in main living area and one in the primary bedroom. Other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans, however one of the ceiling fans didn’t work! We contacted the owner early in our stay, however his response rate was not very timely and ultimately we were informed the fan couldn’t be repaired until the following week after our departure. It would also have been helpful to have some type of apartment manual to guide us on how things worked in this apartment (such as lighting and the washing machine). The apartment is quiet and offered limited natural lighting. The area over the kitchen skylight appears to have had some water damage which has not been addressed by the owner, but didn’t interfere with the functionality of this unit. Nice Paris Apartment

This is a very clean, modern and nice Paris apartment. Location is very good, essentially across the river from Notre Dame and the Lourve. St Germain and the Latin Quarter are very close, too. Subway/metro access is nearly as well. I’d stay at this place again. For Americans: It’s on the second floor. That’s important to note when you’re checking in because the instructions are confusing if you don’t count the first/ground floor as floor zero. Also to note: We had a larger group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The fold out couch in the living room is comfortable, but you can get awaken by roommates seeking to use the bathroom during the night. There’s a main full bathroom in the living room area. We tried to use the washer and dryer and didn’t have any luck. It’s an all-in-one unit that both washes and dries. We ended washing the same load 4x but it never dried. Instructions on how to use the machine would be helpful. I don’t want this review to be perceived as negative. That’s why I’m giving it 5 stars. It’s a great, clean place in a good location. The check-in instructions could be clearer; the 3 keys to gain access could be marked better; and instructions for the w/d would be a plus. But these are small things for improvement for an already solid and good place to stay in Paris.
