No-frills, clean, inexpensive stay a train ride from tourist attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice!

The property was very clean. There was one particular agent, a young gentleman, who had greeted us upon arrival and throughout our entire stay he was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Often we would see him working very hard moving boxes and working the breakfast area in the mornings but he never hesitated to greet us with a warm hello and always checked up on us. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

A reasonable stay. The room felt quite budget, but it was comfortable enough. Somewhere to hang clothes, a bit of a desk, TV and bed. I liked that I was on the 9th floor, so nice view over the buildings. Seemed a pretty reasonable price compared to some places in Paris, however it was a bit further out from the city centre. It is next to a cinema and not that far from a large supermarket, but there wasn't a great deal more in the immediate area, and it was a bit of walk to public transport options. Buses and a tram are closeish, but anything on the Metro is more than a mile away.

The hotel is close to important public transportations which take you to Paris center. It is a good bak for the buck. If you are planning to discover the city and in need of a clean and safe place to sleep this hotel is very well suited for you. Rooms are bit small but they are quite enough.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Convienient location for a one night stay. We had a vehicle so we parked in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel for $20 euro/ day with hotel stay. A bit pricey in my opinion, but we had the convenience of being next door. Shopping center next to the hotel. Overall our room has decent space and was clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff was very friendly as well. Would stay here again.

Place was easy to find - took an Uber from Orly. The only thing is that it STINKS as it's located right next to a garbage processing plant. But overall it was good!

Good hotel, good breakfast, helpful staff but there is a lot of construction around it and other than getting a taxi or an Uber there is no other way to get around other than walking and the surrounding areas are a little scary

It was perfect for what I needed, a safe, comfortable place for one night. It is a little removed from popular areas or metro access, but Uber is readily available to get you to the nearest metro at Francois Mitterrand Library. I went to meet friends and returned around 2 AM, the area appeared safe and the lobby was well lit and attended. 7€ got me to Gare d’Austerlitz Very pleased
