The hotel is right beside the Gare de l'Est and a short walk from the Gare du Nord. Very handy for train travellers and quiet at night.

Good location but needs a thorough clean

The location is good if this the neighbourhood you want to stay in. Close to shops and various restaurants. The lobby is clean and check in process simple. The rooms themselves lack upkeep. There are broken and chipped tiles, black mold on the the tile grout and lots of areas that could use a thorough clean and update. There is a faint musty/smoke smell from the whole unit, likely from the curtains and walls. The small kitchen area has an odd drop ceiling that is covered in ceiling foam squares that you normally associate with older/dated office buildings. The AC worked well.

Nice and clean, our two-level room was perfect for staying with children. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, and the staff was friendly. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. We arrived around 2 pm and opted for an early check-in for €20, subject to room availability. Parking in the basement was convenient at €20. The location made it easy to reach tourist destinations. While the hotel isn't brand new, it is reasonably well maintained.

The service afforded by the local staff was above expectations really excellent. Overall, the stay was really good value and I can honestly recommend this to anyone staying in Paris for a week or more especially if they have children. I stayed for 12 nights with my teenage daughter and we were very satisfied by hotel facilities, proximity to transport and local stores and restaurants, and the neighborhood. The kitchen area made it very convenient for cutting expenses on breakfast and evening meals, as well as the fridge for drinks ice cream... The rooms have a balcony which is of particular interest if you smoke. Water and coffee provided free, rooms cleaned daily, and a launderette is available if needed. Wifi worked perfectly. Rooms quiet you cant hear anything from neighboring rooms. Large bathroom with bath and shower... The staff were excellent and offered a first class service throughout they could not do enough for us. I was surprised to receive more than I expected, I can highly recommend.

This was a modern apartment/hotel in an area that was newly developed. There was a metro station nearby with a short journey to the centre of Paris and frequent trains. The area felt very safe, modern and clean. There was a supermarket near the metro. The room was very good. There was a little stove, fridge and dishwasher which was adequate for us to prepare a light breakfast and supper. It was nice to have a small balcony. The bathroom was clean and the shower good although the shower hose holder had been fixed when really it needed replacing. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. There was a fermostat in the room but it didn't seem to make any difference to the temperature. We were a little cold the first night but after that the weather got warmer and we were fine. I personally would liked better fitting blackout curtains so light doesn't get in at the sides. I find I sleep much better in rooms that have this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely consider staying again in future.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. It's not in the prettiest part of Paris and the main sights are a little distance away, but f you are comfortable navigating the metro, then everything is within a 15 minute metro ride.

This hotel certainly doesn’t live up to its 4*

Our whole stay was stessful. The photos on the hotels.com website did not reflect the room we got. The air con didn’t work. We changed rooms 3 times. One air con unit flooded near an electricity fuse box unit. Another air con unit was repeatedly noisy. Our sink blocked. The curtains didn’t stretch across the window. We checked out early. Most of the staff were very helpful however and absolutely did their best to help us. And they refunded our final night.

Excelente apartamento

O apartamento é excelente, muito espaçoso. Minhas filhas dormiram no sofá cama embaixo tranquilamente. Tem banheiro na parte superior, o que ajuda bastante. Fomos muito bem atendidos. A localização é um pouco distante do centro, mas com metrô bem próximo e com restaurantes e supermercados ao lado.

A rafraîchir....

Cet apparthotel ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles, l appartement que nous avons eu était vraiment défraîchi, inexistance des rideaux occultant ,rideaux cassés, peinture abîmée, pas de prise dans la salle de bain, très peu de vaisselle pour 4 personnes . Il faut raffraichir tout cela ....sinon le personnel est agréable et bel emplacement
