Bed Bugs!

I stayed at the apartments for a business trip. The first night I was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep but couldn't work out why. By the second night I realised that the bed was covered in bed bugs! I have been bitten all over my body which is very uncomfortable. I spoke to the man on reception and he couldn't care less about the situation. I am furious with the customer service. Avoid this hotel!!

I really liked my stay here. It was a very good room and service for the money that I payed. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is good located. You can reach anywhere with the metro or bus.

Litt unna hovedsentrum, men rolig område og lett å ta seg videre med metro. Passe stort rom. Ingen aircondition, men gikk å ha vinduet åpent, da det var stille ute. Gikk ikke alltid å trekke ned på toalettet. Alt av utstyr var tilgjengelig, som hårføner, strykejern mm. Hyggelige resepsjonister.

Fiasco total pour le prix

Arrivée à 22h. La chambre était correct. Le ménage n’est pas fait sous les lits et les tables de chevet. La salle de bain une horreur !!!!!!! Le wc fuit ça pue l’urine, fenêtre cassée, peinture cloquée par l’humidité. Si je ne restais pas que deux nuits j’aurai demandé à changer de chambre. Le rez de chaussée tellement bruyant…. Des portes qui claquent de 7h à 9h3 pour aller aux sous sols. Très déçu de mon séjour !!!!

Appartement sympa, personnel un peu moins...

Hotel agréable, trés bien bien situé. Les apprtements sont spacieux, fonctionnels ,un peu démodé mais ce n'est pas le but recherché. Par contre un accueil décevant avec du personnel désintéressé et peu agréable, des demandes d'arrivée non prises en compte. Vraiment dommage.
