Nice place to stay

Nice room with basic kitchen facilities and comfortable bed. Close to Metro station making it easy easy to get around the city.Lots of dining options, supermarket and laundromat close by.

Such a great stay! We had a lovely apartment with a fabulous view of Père Lachaise. It was enough room for us and our two teens. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a table for four to eat at. The neighborhood was so quiet and had almost no tourists. Metro stop was super close and plenty of dining and grocery options!

A very decent stay, not much to complain about. There was a coffee machine that worked very well but no coffee filters and it seems silly to buy a new package for every stay. The apartment doors are quite noisy, so you can hear all the other guests going to get breakfast. But all in all, good experience

Excellent location—very close proximity to the Philippe Auguste metro stop, line 2. Very helpful and friendly staff. My room was well appointed and recently updated. Great price! Note there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in my room and three huge windows. The weather was cold and rainy during my visit, so I can’t speak to how comfortable one would be during hot weather. Feedback on two items: shelves or drawers needed to put clothes and the fan needed a deep clean. I had my clothes folded and placed on most of the flat surfaces in the room. If it was hot enough to use the fan, I would have notified the front desk to clean it or replace it before I would use it. This property had a significant impact on how much I enjoyed my stay in Paris!

Jag valde detta hotell baserat på bilder och beskrivning vid bokningen, ett ljust rum med utsikt över Paris takåsar. Detta var avgörande då jag planerat en veckas vistelse med fokus på återhämtning, lugn och trivsel. Vid incheckningen möttes vi av en dam i receptionen som gav oss ett rum på andra våningen mot innergården. Rummet var mörkt med mycket begränsat dagsljus och en trappa direkt utanför fönstret. Det var ett tydligt avsteg från det som annonserats. Jag påtalade detta direkt men fick beskedet att hotellet var fullbokat och att inget annat rum fanns. När vi kom upp stod det klart att rummet var helt olämpligt, tungt, instängt och långt ifrån det jag bokat. Jag gick tillbaka till receptionen och förklarade situationen igen med hänvisning till bokningen. Först då visade det sig att ett annat rum faktiskt fanns, vi fick nyckeln till rum 503. Detta väcker frågan varför vi från början fick felaktig information. Varför hävdade den ansvariga damen att hotellet var fullbokat när det inte stämde. Som gäst förväntar man sig ärlighet. Om rum skiljer sig så mycket i standard, särskilt vad gäller ljus och utsikt, bör det framgå tydligt och återspeglas i priset. Jag är en gammal sparv och inte lätt att lura. Det passar kanske i Paris, nära Édith Piaf, men man ska inte behöva kämpa för det man bokat. Situationen löstes till slut men starten på vistelsen skadade förtroendet. Lite tråkigt.

Vlakbij een metrostation, dus heel Parijs binnen een half uur te bereiken. Goed schoon appartementje. Had 'uitstekend' gekregen als de lift niet kapot was geweest en de kluis had gewerkt (dame bij de receptie: 'oh ja, al die kluisjes hebben problemen').
