APARTMENT 50m2 MOUZAÏA/PLACE DES FÊTES

  • 50m² apartment completely renovated (architect) in 2024. Bright, with no immediate neighbors overlooking the property. A 5-minute walk from the Place des Fêtes metro station (line 11 direct to Belleville, République, and Châtelet), and a 15-minute walk from the Buttes-Chaumont park. Ideal for a couple wanting to discover Paris. Possibility of sleeping for an additional child (small bedroom, small bed) and an extra mattress. As an actor, I am often on tour. This is my apartment, with its vintage decor and many books. I'm counting on you to enjoy it and take good care of it. This apartment is obviously clean but "lived in" since I live here when I'm in Paris: salt, pepper, condiments, pasta, flour, oil... You'll find everything you need for cooking. The market is held three times a week, 300 metres away. The area is full of restaurants and food shops.

I had a great stay at David's lovely apartment. Very beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I had everything I needed. Check in was also very easy. Highly recommend!
