"I will start with the cons before I get into what we enjoyed. First off we didn't get the room we booked. I booked a pool side room but was given sea view room. When I went to ask about it the blonde lady (I will not mention her name) tried to cover it up after I showed her my itinerary. She was fairly rude about it and just kept saying we upgraded you to sea view room. But I kept telling her I booked pool side and if I wanted sea view I would have booked sea view. "We stopped for a night, on our way to Sicily. It's a big complex from the 1970s, and some parts are a bit outdated, or needing a refurbishment. But the staff is also very friendly and helpful, and the beach and the pool facilities are really good, that was all we needed to have a great time there! "

"WE had to make an emergency stay at the last moment. Pleasantly surprised at how beautiful Tropis is. The grounds were beautful. The rooms were very nce and the Staff was extremely courteous. Speaking English to guide us through an already frustrating day. The price per night may be a bit on the high-end, but absolutely worth every penny!"
