"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient, right next to the ferry port. The hotel restaurant was lovely, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. The only unusual thing was the pool service — you couldn’t order snacks while sitting in the pool lounge area and had to be seated at a table instead. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

"This hotel was a literal gem of a find! Nestled in the hill above Lake Como a 8-9 minute taxi ride! Beautiful, magnificent views, clean and sparkling from top to bottom! The staff are a family and they are all just lovely and could not be more helpful! The rooms are not luxurious but clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful nights rest. Our patio had furniture with an amazing view of the lake and villages as well as the Italian Alps. Dinner on the terrace was delicious as we watched the beautiful sunset. For a fraction of the cost of most hotels on Lake Cuomo Hotel La Perla was a perfect way for us to end our 2 weeks across Italy!! Do Not hesitate to book a stay here!!!"

"Elena was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. One guest in our party was disappointed with the small TV in the room. The pool was nice. Overall a good stay. The only issue we experienced was that it was challenging to get taxis and Ubers, even with the hotel staff calling for us. Plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey due to cancelled or inaccessible rides."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Como. The location was ideal – around a 15-minute walk to the ferry, with a couple of lovely restaurants and bars nearby, plus a mini market just around the corner, making everything really convenient. The property itself was perfect: spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Our favourite feature was the upstairs terrace, where we spent most evenings enjoying dinner or a glass of wine after a day exploring – it was such a lovely space to relax. The host was fantastic, with excellent communication throughout our stay. After a storm caused the WiFi to go down (completely outside of anyone's control), she kept us updated every day on the progress while it was being fixed, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate to come back."
