"We spent 5 nights at the property in June 2025.The location is exceptional, on Oriental Bay and a short walk to bars, restaurants, supermarket, takeaways, Te Papa, Sunday markets etc.It is an older style Wellington flat, a little bit dated, but we found it very comfortable and warm, and enjoyed staying there. It is not a very quiet location if that is what you are looking for, but we loved being right on the beachfront road and pathway with its passing parade of characters and people wandering...

"Good location within walking distance of the CBD. Nice views North east over the eastern city and harbour beyond. Nicely appointed and comfortable accomodation. Nestled in a small valley in amongst many houses and so prepared for the busy city sounds. Narrow curving road access requires a degree of luck and the ability to reverse on the occasion you met others going in the opposite direction.Enjoyed the convince and the homely touches.The host is accomodating and very friendly."
