"Not sure how this property is rated 4 stars. The building needs maintenance. The rooftop terrace looks rundown with broken awnings and dirty furniture. There is a single elevator in service in a 13-story building that is shared by staff and guests. The other elevators are broken. Rooms on Libertador Avenue are very noisy. Earplugs are required for sleeping. On the bright side, the staff is very attentive."

"I only give it a 4 because it was very hard to get there and there were no instructions on how to get there . The staff went above and beyond later to get us there safe . "
