Always a great experience

Television was basic cable, no Netflix no casting, undisclosed $150 deposit (much higher than name brand hotels) breakfast “buffet” was sausage bacon French fries and an omelette, hotel was clean and smelled good parking was a hassle especially in the winter months, staff was friendly

Staff, hotel public space, and room were great. The not so great - They forgot to remove all down products from my room prior to my arrival.

The room was in good condition and clean. Not in a great neighborhood & safety was a little concerning. The alarm started blaring early in the morning and when we went to evacuate we called just to be sure and the lady said it was just a test but that was not announced. Wouldn’t stay again but was good for a quick stay.

Room was imaculate, front desk staff was very efficient and polite. Loved that there was a microwave and coffee maker in the room. Grab and go allowed me to get a quick, microwaveable dinner without having to find a restaurant
