"Staff was very polite and helpful one of the staff even provided a medicine cup for my daughter who takes medication for epilepsy she was really clutch in an important situation only issue was the pool was down and I purposely book the hotel for the pool for my kids "

"Throughout my years of using Expedia, this has been one of the worst places to stay. The room smelt like Animal faces. The refrigerator didn’t work. The breakfast was cold sausages still frozen home fries are still frozen and uncooked. Service whatsoever was poor or none will never recommend this hotel to anybody."

"Recently renovated, this hotel is spotless. The room, bed and bathroom are comfortable. It’s very good value for money. Breakfast is exactly what you’d expect at a budget location. Due to an injury I would have appreciated knowing that there wasn’t an elevator to the 2nd floor. The desk staff did not offer to help even though I explained the problem. Otherwise it was excellent. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this home, when we got there we noticed the hot water wasn't working and the host was very helpful and responsive even late at night to help fix the problem. We had to leave early because of the big snow storm but will definitely consider staying here again soon! "
