- This 2 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is within a 7-minute walk to all the beaches, amenities, and resort centre. It is just a short stroll by the sea along the boardwalk to Protaras strip.
The villa is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. It features an open plan living room, dining, and kitchen area, as well as a large veranda a seating area.
There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, and WC. Free WiFi and Satellite TV are available, and the villa has air conditioning throughout.
Outside, you can enjoy the private pool and sun loungers and a bricked BBQ.

Will be going to small claims court for partial refund
Original info,7 mins from beach, actually 25 minutes for 80 yr old.Also 7 mins to grocery store,no, actually 20 mins.So,had to hire a car 700eu.And rats on property near pool.cleaning standards,poor.
