- This is an amazing three bedroom villa with spacious outdoors, located less than 200 meters from the sea.
Enjoying prime location, villa is less than 15 minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay and the center of Protaras.
A beautiful Vizakia Beach with shallow clear sea is only 5 minutes walk from the villa.
As you walk in you will find spacious and airy living area with a large and fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas.
A patio doors lead to shaded area where you can dine al-fresco.
All 3 good size bedrooms are on the first floor.
