Ideal for groups of friends or families, Villa Demeter features a modern kitchen and dining area which leads to an open living room with ample seating. Doors from the living room lead onto the beautiful open terrace and pool area with un-interrupting views all around. There is a large alfresco dining area which is perfect for laid back meals in the Cypriot sun. Located on the ground floor you will also find one of the six bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk in shower.
Upstairs you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms which all have the added feature of a large balcony where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Perfect for watching the sunset over Protaras Bay.
You will find the area of Protaras and Pernera just a 5 minute drive away. Here you can visit the beautiful Fig Tree Bay and a variety of shops, restaurants and bars are all on hand. Villa Demeter offers quiet and relaxing surroundings within easy reach of local amenities.
