Short stay at Villa Serena

Villa Serena is located in Protaras in a complex of villas. It was clean and beautiful with the plants around the pool area offering privacy. Small kitchen area, but has dishwasher. The customer service was excellentwhen we needed something.

We were so happy to see that the house was all the add said and even better.

We were Teo families that lived there. Four adults and four children/teenagers. The house was very comfortable, clean and had aircondition in every room. That was important since it was very hot when we were there. It was nice to have an own pool too. It’s not any bigger stores or shops in a walking distance, but the bus goes nearby so that didn’t matter. The toaster broke and we got a new one within a couple of hours. That was impressive and so great service! We had nothing to complain about!

Small pool, many ants in the kitchen, dirty towels, found cockroaches inside, sofa looked dirty and had some holes in it. The pictures from the ad doesn't meet the reality.

The house was in an excellent condition. The building is new and all the spaces inside and outside of the house was thoroughly clean. The only recommendation I would make is the need for a covered space to sit outside. There was an umbrella but it was old and small. 9/10

Good location - 2-3 minutes drive to the beach! perfect for relaxing and enjoying the best of Cyprus

Modern villa with all amenities included as per the listing. Clean and comfortable rooms and equipped kitchen. A bit difficult to find the first day and to explain the way there to the delivery guys but good instructions were provided by the host. The locker had a problem as well but it was fixed immediately by the villastolet staff. The villa is very close to the best beaches in Cyprus and also have a pool (a bit small) and is located in a beautiful complex. It is definitely recommended to make the most of Cyprus, particularly for families.
