This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is located in Protaras, in a lovely secluded area, just a few minutes drive to the resort centre. With modern decor and furnishings, this villa is the ideal option for those looking for a peaceful holiday.As you enter the villa, you will find a spacious living room, dining area and separate kitchen with an extra dining area and large patio doors leading out to the garden. The living room features a comfortable leather corner sofa, widescreen TV with full satellite, fireplace and doors leading to the garden and swimming pool. The dining area here seats 6 persons. The large kitchen is equipped with all the appliances that you need for your comfortable self catering stay and there is a dining table in here also to seat 6 persons. You will also find a W/C on this floor and a small utility room with washing machineUpstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and main family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and W/C.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and W/C. It also features a double bed, wide-screen TV and patio doors leading out to the large balcony which has a comfortable seating area and offers stunning sea views.

The second bedroom has a double bed and doors leading to the balcony and the third bedroom has two single beds and doors leading out to the balcony.
