Artisan Seafront Villa - Escape is a jewel to be treasured, set in a gated, quiet development just a five minute drive from the central Protaras strip. Furnished with great care to feel like a true home away from home, this welcoming villa has a relaxed Mediterranean character - terracotta-tiled roofs, timber pergolas with reed shading, whitewashed walls and easy coastal interiors in soft blues and natural wood. It offers panoramic seafront views, a private pool and a large pergola-covered veranda with patio furniture and a barbecue.



The ground floor has a small bedroom with a single bed, a shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room that opens onto the semi-covered pool patio. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: two with a double bed each, both enjoying panoramic sea views, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds plus a ladder up to a loft with a double bed, ideal for children sharing. The family bathroom is on the same floor.



Artisan Seafront offers plenty of shade for a drink or a barbecue during the hot Mediterranean summer, sun loungers by the pool, easy access to the beach, the tranquillity of the Cape Greco coastline and close proximity to two of the most cosmopolitan resorts in Cyprus. Complete with quality furniture, full air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV, the villa is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained, ensuring a relaxed holiday for even the most demanding guest.



The villa sits just 100 metres from the sea with unobstructed views, positioned between the lively resort of Protaras and scenic Cape Greco. A footpath in front of the villa leads down to the sea in under a minute. While this is not a sandy beach, the water is crystal clear. The nearest organised beach is Mimosa, about three minutes' walk away, a small white-sand beach with a restaurant, sunbeds and parasols. Konnos Bay, a Blue Flag beach, is close by with full facilities and a charming cafe-bar.



Overlooking the bay, Cliffs Bar is a lovely spot for a drink, and the nearby Spartiatis Fish Restaurant is a well-loved local tavern.

The villa is around 60 metres from the shoreline of Cape Greco, a pristine Mediterranean landscape within the Cape Greco National Park. Inviting from spring through autumn and ideal for hikes and nature trips in winter, the park is a rugged coastline of bays, coves and headlands with a history dating back to Neolithic times, laced with pines and hardy trees above the sea. There are many entry points to the water, some requiring a more adventurous disposition.



The villa is suited to families. No parties or celebrations of any kind are permitted without the host's consent. This is a residential property, and we ask guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to reasonable levels at all times.



The heated pool is optional at an additional cost.
