As you enter the property you will come upon the open-plan living area that features a kitchen, a dining area, a dedicated workspace, and a furnished living room with 2 comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Additionally, there is a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix and Free-WIFI coverage throughout the property.

The house can boast about its fully-equipped kitchen that offers everything from a full-sized stove and oven, dishwasher, and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils. Cook like a home away from home!

On the top floor, you will find the main bathroom and 2 bedrooms, In the master bedroom, you will find a double bed and a private balcony overlooking the pool. In the second bedroom, you will also find two single beds. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and split-type air conditioners (heating/cooling) for extra comfort.

In the backyard, you will find the private pool, a few sunbeds, and 2 hammocks where you can lay back and relax. You will also find a covered area with an extra table and a small barbecue. These create the perfect conditions so that you can lay back and relax either in the shade or enjoying the sunshine during the hot summer days while you enjoy your morning tea or that cold beer by the pool during a nice and sunny Cypriot afternoon.

Kapparis is located between Protaras and Paralimni. Although smaller than the neighboring areas of Protaras and Pernera, it has become a popular destination for holidaymakers who want to be close to the sea and tourist amenities but also be able to relax on their holidays in a quiet location.

Kapparis has plenty of restaurants and bars and is popular for its clean and sandy coves and beaches that are particularly suited for families with young children.

The three main beaches are the Kapparis (Fireman's Beach), Malama Beach, and Agia Triada Beach. Each is scenic with its own beauty, with shallow, clear waters and soft sand. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire on each beach with a selection of food and drink facilities within walking distance.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.

We will explain everything you need to know, and we will provide guidance on how to move around and how to make these holidays ones that you will remember.

• This is a self-catering accommodation. Our company provides only starters and guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Oil, salt, and pepper are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

• You are allowed to invite friends to the house but they should leave the property at 12 AM. People that will stay in the property after midnight will be considered as guests sleeping in the property and the additional guest fee will be applied.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
