"I would like to thank the staff at this hotel for making our stay so memorable. Everyone from front desk to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful . Our room had a fabulous view of the bay, so beautiful. Location is great, just a 10 minute leisurely walk to train station. Bed was comfy . The only negative thing about room was the location of A/C unit which blows right at the bed. I already have sinus issues and this was a challenge as rooms do get warm. Breakfast was very expansive and varied and delicious. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again."

We stayed 5 nights and I did not get one night of good sleep. I was surprised how it was handled for a 5 star hotel, Everything else was fine."
