Mountain Family Getaway

  • New home in Paradise. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood that has some surviving homes and trees from the fire of 2018. The home is located in a convenient area of Paradise with easy access to Magalia or Chico. The home has an open concept living and kitchen area with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house. The garage is not accessible to guests.

If you have time to start a load of towels in the washing machine, that is always appreciated by my cleaner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilets. We are on a septic system. No tampons, flushable wipes, tissue etc..
Please do not wear shoes in the carpet.
Please insure the number of guests on the reservation matches the number of guests staying.
