"Room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was great, complimentary refreshments at reception during throughout the day, spa & swimming facilities was great - including bathrobe & slippers (liked the addition of having to wear a swimming cap, I didn't use the gym but it looked decent, not too far for public transport & restaurants. I would 100% stay again"

"Ottima hotel per visitare il cuore di Sofia, a due passi dalla statua di Santa Sofia, dalla sinagoga , dalla chiesa dei Santi Cirillo e Metodio, dalla moschea e da via vitoschia (10 minuti a piedi). Nei dintorni Mercato Centrale di Sofia 2 minuti a piedi Museo Di Storia Regionale - 3 minuti a piedi Cattedrale Alexander Nevski 13 minuti a piedi Aeroporto di Sofia (SOF) 14 minuti a piedi e soprattutto 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura nuova e ben curata. Stanza dotata di tutti i confort, nel mio caso pure con piccolo balconcino. Letto comodo (matrimoniale ). Colazione abbastanza varia, più salato che dolce, alcuni giorni un po’ scarsa perché molte cose finite . Personale cordiale. Consiglio ❗️"

"Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Yes it was bigger but the “upgraded” room was outdated, dirty, and to be honest creepy. It was like the rest of the hotel had been refurbed apart from this room, it was hidden away down one of the corridors. The room also had an issue with a loud buzzing sound, which we complained about and thankfully we got moved to our original room booking. I don’t know how staff thought it was an upgrade. The standard room was fine, and lovely, looked like the pictures. Do not book the junior suit. "

"Absolutely terrible, Hotel I will not stay there anymore. The service is horrible. It’s dirty everything it’s out of date. The only nice thing there was a nice Ferrari 4x4 and that it is nothing else, After I went I stayed in Hilton and Hilton. It’s hundred percent better Cleaner brand-new, excellent service, the stuff it’s very communicative. You cannot compare between Hilton. "

"This listing is completely misrepresented. The photos show a quiet street with trees, but the reality is a massive construction site directly in front of the apartment. The noise from drilling and heavy equipment starts early and lasts all day, making the place unlivable. The host clearly knew about the ongoing construction but chose not to disclose it. That’s dishonest and unfair to guests. We left early because of the unbearable noise, yet the host refused even a partial refund. We’ve attached photos showing the real current view so others won’t be misled as we were. This property should not be listed without updated photos and a clear disclosure about construction. Avoid unless you want to stay in a noisy building zone, not the calm place shown in the pictures."
