"Amazing hotel very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful views from all around the hotel. Nice room but a little small we stayed in a bayside double ok for 1 night Both breakfast & dinner were amazing great choice! We went in October 2025 weather was nice and hot around 24 but the swimming pool was really cold!! Once in was nice & refreshing. Wouid defiantly stay again best bay in Corfu! "

"Property was clean, functional and comfortable. We were in smallest of accommodation and had very little outdoor sun. Lots of flies, we were badly bitten and chose not to use designated outdoor area in shade and rather a communal area in sun to eat too avoid flies. Start of track into property is very uneven near road and is gravel throughout. Be careful with your rental car Amenities listing seem to be for whole complex so ask about apartment you specifically rent. We had no dishwasher, dvd player, or bbq despite on the listing. I didn't find 'guest' washing machine or drier but was allowed to use Danielle's. Aircon was only in main room so bedroom remained hot. Richard is the main host and seems kind and left Olive oil and croissant on arrival. Check in was very limited although Richard answered questions when asked and provided an electric grill. Info in accommodation is limited and mostly in German. Pool is nice with a side pool shower but it gets lots of insects in it. There are lots of butterflies so perhaps can't have without the flies and mosquitos. Views are wonderful and whole area very quiet. Beautiful walk to Ermones beach mostly through track and fields."

"Positive points: beautiful location. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful family hosts. Lovely pool area. Comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning which was needed at nights. Hosts accommodating re check out and let us stay until our afternoon flight and were very helpful when my mum left her passport behind when we left and brought it to her. Great to have a washing machine to rinse beach wear etc. Lovely garden Other feedback: not step free access at all. 17 steps up to the apartment. Not for people like us who have mobility issues. The pool had no handrail which we could have seen before but the steps getting in are very slippery and my Mum slipped twice and had to be helped in and out. A few more plates and glasses would have been helpful rather than just one each. No knife to cut up bread and veg apart from one steak knife. We had a pizza, no baking tray. The shower over bath was quite tricky especially as no hook for the shower making showering a one handed operation. It would have been good to have bins emptied more than once , particularly the bathroom bin which was used toilet paper. We didn’t want to keep asking for things. A few bin bags could have been provided we thought. It would have been good to know how rough and busy the road up was before we came. I know roads are like this in Corfù but traffic travels fast along the road and you need your wits about you. noisy at times with neighbourhood dogs barking in the evening. Overall enjoyable stay. "

"For our first time in Corfu, Villa Cleopatra was excellent!Nice house, very spacious, nice grounds and very clean and maintained. The house is perfect for entertaining groups of family and friends. The island is lovely!We would recommend it , thank you! "
