This is the second time I stayed and I found the food in the formal dining room pretty poor and empty, however the cafeteria was a very lively place with a good menu and tapas. "When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. "Checking into Hostal Gud was not easy. After calling we got help thru Whatsapp but the person at the other end just delivered his message superfast andcthen hung up without making sure we had understood. It all just seemed strange and anonymous. We never saw a living person there.The bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen.No aircondition made the small room hot as a sauna and the noice outside continued until 4 in the morning. Never again will i stay at Hostal Gud."
