"This was a very nice property to stay at. Everything was well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the included breakfast was good for a traveling family. It has a location conveniently close to Adventure Land as well as a few restaurants. I would stay here again."

"The room was large, clean, and well furnished. We were able to get adjoining rooms with our daughter and her kids for a fun time in Des Moines. We arrived on Friday and we were able to park in the lot next to the hotel. It was only about half full and the spaces were large enough. The only difficulty was figuring out what to enter and where to enter it when we entered the lot the first time. Place the room key card against the flat pad. Don't try to put it in the slot like we did the first time. Of course, it would have been better if parking was not an additional $30 per day."

"Great, stylish property in a central downtown neighborhood. Comfortable, well-designed & appointed rooms. Excellent restaurant/bar on site. Hotel’s reception is found in a spacious lounge-bar area that doubles as a workspace & comfy social gathering spot during the day. Plenty of street (metered) parking available in addition to paid lots. Close to perfect…wish I could have stayed longer!"
