Not good service at all !!! For that kind of price it was a disaster. No water at the spa and gym. And very very rude manager on duty. Because top management was there that Sunday. I will never go back to that property.

Amazing property and location! The owner (Kelly) was extremely responsive before we arrived. Once we arrived, the concierge (Ana) was very helpful for anything that we needed. Can't wait to come back!

we initially didn’t like our room as it was near the elevator however Carlos and Gustav changed it for us and we loved it! so so so beautiful room and very quiet and amazing location!!
