  • This is an awesome oasis in Paonia with everything you need nearby! Catalpa Cottage is a beautiful 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom newly renovated cottage with awesome views! A private space, with easy access to the deck from both the kitchen and bedroom. A fire pit area to relax and watch the sun go down and enjoy the dark skies of Paonia. Easy access, and a 10 minute walk, to Grand Avenue.
