Quiet and peaceful
Great location in between Zion and Bryce Canyon, with fishing at Panguitch Lake right up the road. Loved being able to unplug and enjoy each other’s company!

Beautiful cabin
This cabin was perfect for our fishing trip. Minutes from Panguitch lake and beautifully decorated. Appliances were all up to date with wooden floors. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Great summer vacation
Great cabin. Perfect location to the lake. Weather was awesome. I recommend this cabin. The tall grass around the fire pit and yard could of been cleaned up didn’t feel comfortable using the fire pit because the grass weeds were growing though the benches other than that was a pleasure to stay here

Thank you for the great review. Look forward to having you again in the future. My apologies about the grass. The area got more snow than ever so the grass is hard to keep up with. Also the cabin is booked so much I don't have a chance to get up there and cut it for a few weeks.

Panguitch Lake Cabin
Very nice property with many amenities including a wine cooler & ice machine. Very convenient for fishing Panguitch Lake and its abundant and large trout.

Another great fishing vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to your property. It is great that the big ice maker was working. Also the refrigerator and freezer were almost complete empty, allowing us more room for our food, etc. Big plus. A suggestion would be screens upstairs on the 2 bedroom sliders and bathroom window. When we opened them flies were all over us. We look forward to staying again next summer.

Horrible experience!! Very very Dirty and mice problem!!!
The house is in a nice location but other than that it was very very disappointing. The kitchen was very dirty, sticky from grease, spider cobs, dust everywhere, There was food in the kitchen wich was expired 2017,2018,2019, 2020, etc. We trough everything away. The cookingpots were not clean at al+, the bathrooms were not clean, dust and hair ,spiderwebs and mold in the showercurtains. The mattress of the downstairs bedroom needs to be replaced. The drawers of the chest in de bedroom had sticky stains and hair in it, more than one drawer. The chairs from the dining table are instable and falling apart. Very dangerous! Everything was just dirty and not cleaned at all. You expect when you pay a cleaningfee, that the place you rent is clean. On top of that there is a miceproblem. The first night a mouse kept us up all night. It ran under our bed, during our stay we caught 2 mice... It was not at all an relaxing experience. We left really early because no one wanted to stay a minute longer in the house. We were a party of 6 adults. A foreign military family. I read the reviews from earlier guests who stayed there before us. Someone mentioned the instable chairs in 2019 already, apparently nothing has been fixed in the meantime. Also the mice problem. What was shocking to read is how the owner of the house responded to his customers, they paid, like we did for a clean house. We have rented several cottages at rural locations over the past years, we have never found any mice or a house this dirty. And we are not from the city and not afraid of mice. The owner needs to take action to get the house cleaned and fixed before he rents it out again. The house really needs a deep cleaning and pestcontrol should get rid of the mice. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE !!!!

There is always one a year that will complain no matter what. You clearly didn't read the description. Yes occasionally mice can get inside. It's a cabin in the mountains. There are traps and poison of one gets in. I mentioned this in the description. Your wife complained I didn't provide keurig cups. Nowhere did I claim to provide coffee. As for the mattress I can't make everyone happy. It's soft but I have head guests reach out to me asking where they can buy the same mattress. Many other renters have stated the cabin is clean. As for the chairs there was one that was loose. I tightened and glued it and it was fine. It may be loose again but I haven't been able to go to the cabin because it's been booked for months with happy vacationers. I'll just throw the chair away at this point. If you read how I responded to another complaint and didn't like it you should not have ever rented my place. The majority of the reviews are very good but you can't make everyone happy especially people with unreasonable expectations. In fact the next guest after you left a review how great it was and they will be back next year.

Beautiful cabin
This was one of our favorite stops along our cross counrty trip. The views were amazing and we saw tons of deer. The neighbors across the street were kind and friendly and we enjoyed playing cornhole and taking a ride on the side by side to view to beautiful lake. We will book again next time we head out west!

Nice to be out of the city for a stay. A bit of traffic on north shore rd. Yes, there are some mice to deal with, not a big problem. Overall comfy and close to the lake. Fishing was good also.

Wonderful spot, tucked just far enough away.
The listing does not do this wonderful property justice. We found the place to be extremely well equipped! Any appliance you may need (Keurig, extra ice machine, full fridge with filtered water, toaster oven, microwave, and all cooking utensils) It has everything you need, and nothing you don't It is well laid out and obviously has been cared for over the years. It was less than 15 minutes from restaurants and amenities, but still far enough away to help you feel unplugged. We will be booking another stay ASAP! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful location with us.

Hiking Trip/ Escape From Devices
This was a wonderful, quiet and clean cabin. A place that helps you and your family get back to nature. There is no WiFi so families actually talk, hike and play games. This cabin is about 40 minutes from Bryce Canyon. If you have kids, then drive out to the Devil’s Garden. Your family will play there all day. Don’t go there unless you have a truck or SUV because the drive is very rough; and bring a picnic with lots of water. As for around the cabin, the falls and hiking are beautiful. My nephews even climbed the near by mountains. Seriously, I could have just stayed at the cabin all day reading and enjoying the wildlife. What a wonderful place😊

Star gazing and family time
This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon. Star gazing in the yard was the best. My daughter saw 6 shooting stars in 20 minutes. Then we would watch a movie with popcorn. That was one of my favorite family things we all did together.

Great location with all the comforts of home
Loved this property! It had the best location with access to many trails. It worked great for my handicapped sister as well as my aunties and a few moms with babies, while the rest of us roughed it in the nearby mountains. It was clean and welcoming. Owner was great to work with. We loved the hummingbird feeder on the front porch and saw many deer close to the cabin. We are already talking about coming back.

Good cabin experience.
Overall the cabin had been maintained with the exception of prior tenants not cleaning the cookware. I alerted the owner of this and he said he was going to purchase all new cookware for the cabin. What a great response! I will come back in the future and stay in his cabin.

My family and I loved the house! It is very well equipped and clean. All our needs were accommodated. The location was calming and simply perfect . Side Note: We rented side-by-side‘s and rode 420 miles of trails in less than 10 miles from the house.

We did not have any cell service and the cabin does not have WiFi, but it is as nice to unplug. Owner was is contact with us and when we did get service we were able to respond. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice
This place is in the middle of nowhere. There is no phone service Including your own cell, internet or cable. There were great DVDs. We watched Shawshank Redemption. If you can deal with or perhaps even want the isolation., this place is very comfortable. If you hunt or fish, this IS the place for you.

Cabin away from the city
My family and I had a great stay at the cabin. There was no phone service or wifi, but it was a great chance for us to disconnect and enjoy our vacation. We were surprised by the great amenities in this cabin such as the grill, kitchen appliances, fire pit, and surround sound tv system. At night, the sky is so clear and you can see so many stars. Kids had a great time playing outside and sitting around the fire pit.

Clean Cozy Cabin
We had a wonderful time, perfect cabin. Boys trip that was made so nice with the Cabin. No wifi, no politics, no corona virus, beautiful mountains and lake. Jared was awesome, easy instructions for the Cabin and he really made you feel like it was yours for stay. We will be renting the cabin again for sure.

Great place and perfect location! We will definitely be back! We had a wonderful time! The cabin was clean and comfortable and quite honestly the lack of wifi was a blessing! Panguitch was amazing.
Panguitch Lake and it’s surroundings are beautiful, the fishing was amazing but my opinion and the owners opinion were 2 definitely different views. The cabin is exactly as it is listed other than there were mice everywhere inside. When we checked into the cabin there was a distinct oder coming from behind the tv, it was a mouse trap that caught a very dead mouse. My feelings on the matter was he should of made it known. His feelings were well I try to get rid of them but no real luck as this is a cabin. When you pay top dollar you would like to feel you don’t have a rodent problem. I brought it to his attention he said he was sorry. I feel as that people should be made aware of this situation as we were not!

After the discussion with the guest I have added to the description of the cabin that if you aren’t comfortable setting a trap of a mouse shows up to not rent the cabin. This is a cabin in the woods and sometimes a mouse can find a way In. Unfortunately this is what we all deal with as cabin owners in the mountains. I went up to the cabin immediately after and set 8 traps and put out poison. We didn’t catch a single mouse. Saying there were mice everywhere in the cabin is a huge exaggeration. Future guests please see other reviews, the cabin is very clean and an excellent value. Some people should maybe stay in the city.....

Perfect For A Large Family!
We came here for my father-in-law's 70th surprise birthday party. We have a large family who also rented a cabin that was 0.1 miles from us, and it made the location absolutely perfect! The house was clean, the couch and beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept like a baby there! We have been talking about making this an annual thing, and if that happens, we WILL be back again! Back to reality in the best way!
My husband and I needed to get out of the big city and back into nature to experience what life is really about. Lots of bluebirds, a great waterfall and creek across the street and at night great dvds on the super soft sectional, was where it’s at!
