Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. "The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!"

"Excellently located hotel right in the centre of Pucón. Staff are all lovely. Bathroom was perfect, with a good shower. Good breakfast and if you’re lucky (like me) your room will have a view of the volcano. Highly recommended."
