Good job for all the staff. I am not a fan of dogs lingering around the resort especially in the dining area and barked loudly every now and then. I understand the resort owners owns the dogs. This is a business establishment, not a kennel resort. Would’ve been nice if they were kept distance away from resort guests at all time. I would’ve enjoyed my stay entirely if not for the dogs. Other than that, staff did an awesome job to make my stay comfortable.

Rooms are clean, big and AC works well. The shower was a good temperature and the pool looked nice though we didn’t use it. Staff were very friendly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment. The location is ok, a little bit of a walk to get to the beach but it didn’t worry us (and we knew this when booking). The room itself the deluxe double was in a nice spot with pool view though the restaurant looked straight into the room so felt like we were never really private unless the curtains were closed.

Nice room and pool area. Bed was firm. Cold water only in washbasin. Toilet seat loose and reported on arrival but still not fixed after 5 days despite reminder. Hotel is surrounded by water land and building sites and does not have easy access to beach. Main road is difficult to walk on to get to local town as no pavement and surfaces very uneven.

Lovely big rooms and a very well maintained resort. It has its own pool but you can also use the pool/jacuzzi/swim-up bar of the sister resort next door. It’s easily walkable to both the beach and main stretch of Alona Beach. I only had breakfast once but it was reasonably priced and very speedy. The only slightly negative is that the road immediately outside the resort is paved but the roads that link everywhere else are unpaved/rocky tracks and not very well lit at night. It’s not the most comfortable if arriving by taxi/tricycle.

I would stay there again. Beds were comfortable, filtered water was plentiful and nearby, fridges worked and most of all it was within a 10 minute walk to the quiet parts of the beach and an easy walk to down town food and activities

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is efficient. You can access a bigger pool in the connected hotel which is very nice as well. On our first days, the hot water was not working but was not a big issue as weather was hot. The bed and pillows are great!! Very good price for value hotel. I recommend!!

PROS: Big spacious room and bathroom. Clean swimming pools with a little play area for toddlers. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach, restaurants and the centre of the small town. CONS: The WIFI reception is poor, the TV programs are basic, and the food in the restaurant isn't good but you are close to restaurants anyway.

입실하자마자 엄지손가락크기의 바퀴벌레 두마리와 마주침. 첫인상 별로임. 방바꿔달라했는데 남은 방이 비어있은지 1주일 넘어서 하루살이 시체들이 많았음. 청소해야한다는데 그 새벽에 청소끝나길 기다릴수 없어서 바퀴벌레 나온 방서 그냥 지냄. 바닥에 바퀴벌레 약 스프레이 마구 뿌림.. 우리 지내야하는데???? 쨌든 그 이후로는 바퀴벌레는 안나옴. 그런데 개미떼가....하... 이가격에 이정도 가성비 리조트.. 그냥 저냥 지내다옴. 리조트자체는 그래도 깨끗한편이었음. 직원분들은 다 너무 친절하심. 수영장 물은 락스냄새가 좀 나긴하지만 벌레시체나 이런거없이 깨끗했음. 바퀴벌레만 마주치지않았다면 또 가고싶지만..바퀴벌레때매 망설여질듯..

직원분들이 정말 친절하고 수영장도 옆에있는 바탈라 수영장도 이용할 수 있어서 가성비로 좋습니다. 다만 호텔에 접근하기까지 도로가 비포장도로가 있어서 불편할 수 있고 욕실에 개미가 많아요!!

객실이 깨끗한 편이고 수영장은 매우 깨끗했어요. 아침마다 물을 새로 받는 것 같은 소리가 들렸어요. 수영장에서 아이들 놀기에도 아주 좋았어요. 위치가 좋아서 여행하기 아주 편했어요. 맛집도 가깝고 까페 환전소 편의점 마사지샵 모두 걸어다닐 수 있었어요.
