My family had an incredible stay at Tides! The staff is fantastic and always ready to help. The place was spotless, and the location is perfect—so many amazing spots within walking distance. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!

This is a five star stellar resort. Every aspect is excellent including the fabulous staff providing consistent high level customer service, the rooms are designed so well and beautifully appointed, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are stunning and the food in the many restaurants was always excellent! Highly recommended and plan to return!

Great family resort. Breakfast ok, food in restaurants lovely. Staff fab & once we understood transport from airport to resort it was great. I feel more explaining of process from getting from Boracay airport to Boracay island. Overall a wonderful stay.

The staff was very nice. I do suggest that a door tag be provided to hang on the door when you leave the room - If you would like the room cleaned or not? Also, let the guests know that the staff will need 15 mins to check the room before you check out of the hotel and the end of your stay.
