"I recently stayed at Riu Plaza Panama, and overall the experience was good, the hotel itself is comfortable, well located, and the general service met expectations. However, I had a very frustrating issue with the laundry service. I sent my clothes to be checked for pricing and was told I would receive a call to confirm before anything was done. Instead, they went ahead and washed everything without my approval and then presented me with an unexpectedly high bill that I had to pay before getting my clothes back. To make matters worse, after paying, I requested something to wear while waiting, in total it took more than 6 hours before anything was brought to me. That level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. While the hotel has many positives, this experience with the laundry service and response time needs serious improvement."
