This was a very nice stay. The room was a good size, with a TV, a safe, comfortable mattresses, and convenient parking. It was a good value, located in an area with plenty of restaurants and activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great Place and location

The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. There was a convenient kitchen area which suited our needs. The area was very quiet unlike where I live in Jamaica. The only negative was that the hot water in the shower did not work during the last days we were there but we didn't complain. We spent 10 days there.

Request for cleaning was up to me to decide so that was good in my view. General interaction with staff was pretty good and they were helpful and cheerful. My only issue came at the end of my stay, I extended my trip and had to move to a new resort but while doing so I left my Samsung Galaxy tablet for work in the safe. I later realized this and went back to see if I could retrieve it approximately 7 hours later but no one could give me any information. My information was taken and no one reached out to me since. At this point I'll have to replace it which I view as a big lost. As someone who've worked in the industry we've found many expensive items over the years but it has always been turned in and recorded while reaching out to the guest to let them know that we found their items and arrange with them for pickup or shipping. So I'm disappointed as outside of that it was a lovely stay. The area is safe so you're free to walk in the vicinity at nights and there are a lot of food options surrounding the property.

Pleaseeeeeeee!!! DONT COME HERE‼️‼️‼️ the room is very dirty and smell Molly and musty, I saw three roaches in the room; 1 in the microwave, 1 in the fridge door, and one on the counter that fly the staffs was not helpful and pleasant! The breakfast was very aweful! They only served egg and cheese with bread and coffee (sometimes sausages) when you ask for plantains, well done fried eggs and sausage they say they don’t serve that!!! In the kitchen is very dirty and the staff that works in the kitchen was very rude. Also one of the girl at the front desk she gives a lot of attitude when you ask questions! This hotel is not safe (anyone could walk in or out! As if they are staying there) The phone don’t work in the room either also if and when I wanted water I had to go all the way down stairs in the lobby to pump it from the water cooler, they don’t stock the fridge daily with water and juice!!! I feel they should close this place down for cleaning and proper maintenance!!! It’s full of molds and dust which made my friend very very sick!!!
