Nestled behind Barrett Square, Jubilation Cottage is centrally located in Rosemary Beach!

As you walk through the front doors, you'll note the cream-colored walls and cherry wood floors. The comfortable living area flows into the dining area which is perfect for family meals. The kitchen is slightly cut off with a lovely breakfast bar to sit at as you keep the chef company. Explore further, and you'll find the first guest bedroom sporting a king bed as well as a 27” television, making it perfect for any younger guests.

As you walk upstairs, you will find the master bedroom complete with a comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom. However, you are sure to be even more pleased when you discover the private balcony which is perfect for sitting outside in the early morning hours enjoying a cup of coffee. Exploring the upstairs further, you'll find the second guest room fitted with a single queen bed with a private bathroom. Same as with the master, you'll be pleased to discover it comes with a balcony as well, ensuring that all guests have a room that provides privacy and a little something extra to make the stay special.

Parking for two vehicles.

This property requires a 7 night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 4 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

Great location

Online photos of living/dining are quite deceiving. It’s a very inadequate space for 7 people to relax, watch tv, etc. the entire downstairs was very dark, the blinds were not in working order. Also the photos showed a bedroom with twin beds. Each room had king ,beds so as a result two unrelated women had to share a bed. Only 3 of 4 keys worked. I did report this at checkout. WATERBUGS!! Would not rent this property again.

Awesome location & perfect size for 2 families of 3

This cottage was perfect for our 2 families of 3. It’s so close to a pool (which was closed), shops, restaurants & beach. The bikes that came with the place were awesome and riding down 30A was fun. But, remember to bring your own beach towels + plastic cups, bowls & plates (there was no child friendly items in the kitchen). Check in was awful. The email that was sent had something wrong with it; the actual real check in email didn’t come until the following day. It was very stressful after 2 days of driving and arriving in the dark. We called to get info while on the road bc we hadnt received any info by the time we were supposed to be able to check in. And, don’t leave anything behind bc the office will not return emails requesting to send a left behind car key. I stayed in rosemary beach last year and didn’t have any of these issues with another property that was managed by the owner. However, for 2 small families, this property was great. We used the dining room table for puzzles & loved the washer and dryer after long days at the beach & pool. Reserve beach chairs early, like in January if going during spring break. We were able to reserve chairs day of, but they were 3 rows back.

Comfortable

Beds were comfortable but I would recommend bringing a good pan . The pits and pans were pretty worn out.
