Cozy Coastal Townhouse | Fire Pit, Pools & Beach

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a 24/7 gated community, centrally located and convenient to many restaurants, shopping, golf, bowling. The resort offers 11 pools (5 heated during certain times of the year) including one right outside our back door or one of the heated pools out the front door and on the next street over, and one right on the beach with restaurant/bar for members and guests only. It also has an 18 Hole Mini golf course (putters and balls provided), tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard (pickle ball and shuffleboard necessities provided) and playground. It's just an easy 5 minute walk from our door, through gate and across a signal pedestrian crosswalk to the private beach access and our beachside Clubhouse with Owner/Renter only Ocean view, swimming pool, restrooms, & private beach access with Shower/Rinse off areas so that you don't have to track sand back across to the townhouse with you. You can Grab a delicious Breakfast, Lunch or dinner at the Clubhouse Restaurant by the Cajun Chicks while having a cocktail and enjoying the BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS. The Clubhouse also has Karaoke on Friday along with live music on certain dates, being such a fun way to spend your night only minutes from the Townhouse.

Downstairs you will find a 65" Smart TV with multiple streaming services available with your personal login, comfortable furniture (including a leather sectional with a recliner on one end and a queen size sleeper sofa on the other end, as well as a leather reclining loveseat), kitchen with (fridge, dishwasher & gas stove) equipped with all cooking needs. There is also an ice maker on the counter for "the good ice". The dining area offers seating for 4 along with an additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. You can relax on the front or back patio in comfortable chairs or private upstairs balcony in comfortable chairs with a pull down shade for privacy. There's an new outdoor gas grill.

There's a 1/2 bath downstairs, laundry room with washer & dryer downstairs, and smart tv's and wifi.

Upstairs features 2 bedrooms with King size bed in the Master with a 55" Smart TV with multiple streaming services available with your personal login, and a Queen size bed and XL twin bed in the second bedroom with a 40" Smart TV with multiple streaming services available with your personal login. (new comforters and linens), large closets with hangers and full bath. The master bedroom has a private balcony.

We've also included for your vacation stay: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach cart, and board games. WE HAVE OUR PERSONAL GOLF CART AVAILABLE FOR RENT FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. If you rent a golf cart it must be parked in one of the two parking spaces that are available with the Townhouse rental. If you rent a golf cart it can only be used in the resort unless Street Legal and NO GOLF CARTS WHATSOEVER ARE ALLOWED ON HUTCHINSON BLVD, 6 seater golf carts that are street legal ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE RESORT at anytime. No boats and/or boat trailers are allowed in the resort. You will need to park it in the public parking lot that charges daily on Churchwell Road.

Check in is at 4pm, unless early check in is approved prior. Check out by 10am. Unapproved late checkout will incur additional fees.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort Rules apply and can be found on their website. They are also posted in the townhouse.
Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am.
No Smoking or Vaping inside the Townhouse - this is grounds for immediate eviction and loss of all funds paid for the use of the townhouse.
No parties or events.
No one under 25 is allowed to rent the Townhouse.
Registered Guests only. No unauthorized or non-registered pets. This will result in immediate eviction and loss of all funds paid for the use of the townhouse.
For your safety and ours there are exterior security cameras in use with motion activated recording.
No subletting, renter must meet listed required age limit and be present and readily available during the entire stay. No unregistered overnight guests.

Cleaning fee covers regular departure clean; any excessive cleaning will result in additional fee.
Report any damages that you see immediately upon arrival. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by the renter,
We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters,
Consider purchasing travel insurance for unexpected last minute emergencies or weather events preventing you from traveling.

Located at the entrance of the resort, in building 102 next to the HOA office is a vendor who rents golf carts and bikes for a reasonable daily rate.


Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a calm relaxing paradise in the middle of all the excitement that is Panama City Beach.

Our Townhouse is pet friendly with required fee and reserved in advance.

You can Park directly in front of your door with 2 designated spaces (No waiting on elevators or crowds).

Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back and unwind. Historic St. Andrews Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of 'old Florida' enjoy shopping and lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A to enjoy the quaint village of Seaside that features shopping and dining.

Golf Cart Rental is available with the Townhouse for an additional fee.**

Many local favorites are withing walking distance such as, Bayou on the Beach, Saltwater Grill, and Applebee's all 3 are outside the main gate within a 3-10 minute walk from the Townhouse.
