I got to the hotel and there was nowhere to park. I had to park on the grass to check in to the hotel. They didn’t have enough parking for the amount of guests they had. Checked in, the front desk woman was sweet, that was one of the only good things about the stay. Got to the room, the linens were clean, the only other good thing there. The toilet didn’t flush. The shower was slow to drain out. The hotel did not have any towels in the room, went to try to get some and they said they don’t keep linens on-site and their linen truck hadn’t ran. You will get a contact high from people smoking weed around the hotel/on the staircase. Was told they had breakfast, went down for breakfast and they were out of everything, juice, anything to eat, the people in the room before us said “good luck getting something, they’re out of everything, even juice.” They have a beach access across the road, the showers for that access don’t work so you have sand everywhere in your room by the time you check out. Will not be staying there again.

We will stay at a different hotel next trip there. Rusted refrigerator, no carpet, doors not sealing very well, the balcony railings were loose, no security, too much to list....only good thing about it was that you did have a limited view of the Gulf.

Parking, construction, staff did not have the proper supplies they needed. Three Officer arrested a man for stealing food and trashing a room. Will not stay at another Baymont Windham or any Windham hotel. To think we booked two rooms for 3days. Our friends room. No tv. Called front , no answer, called 4x finally got maintenance and they moved my friend to another room. Sad

There were roaches in our room crawling on the bed and spiders and flies on top of the ceiling and by the door.
