Location was great. Other than that, the hotel was terrible. It was dirty and outdated. I stayed on the 7th floor and the elevator did not work for the whole stay. The room inside was very dirty. Tha couch was disgusting. View was great though

The room itself was fine. The elevator was out for our whole stay. They charged you to park at their facility daily which was not good. The pool was fine but the hot tub was not working at all. The location and view of the Gulf was the best part of my stay Overall I didn’t like this place.

We stayed in the Beach Cabana at the Flamingo Hotel in Panama City Beach and had a great experience. Being right on the beachfront made everything so convenient—you’re basically steps from the sand. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Pier Park and a quick 5-minute walk to a solid breakfast diner, which made mornings easy. We really appreciated the outdoor hose for washing sand off our feet before heading back inside. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and our room (bed and kitchen) was clean and comfortable throughout the stay. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable beachfront stay. Would recommend!

I loved everything except the fact that our couch was so so so so stained and dirty, it was so embarrassing I just covered it with a sheet! We went on an extremely busy weekend so just moving to the next hotel would’ve been too much hassle. Rooms were a little outdated but the couch really made me not want to stay again. Loved the pools and onsite restaurant, and vanity area! Loved the proximity to everything. Do better with the furniture please! Unacceptable

The place was dirty and don’t let the AI pictures fool you the rooms are well used the beach was beautiful and clean. Also said online the pet fee was $35 and when I got to the place it was $75 and the front desk lady didn’t care one bit. If you like a smoke free environment like it says well this ain’t your place the smells of cigarettes coming into my room from the pool was nasty and cigarette butts all around the pool.

I love that the room was very clean and has a kitchen, microwave, stove, and fridge/freezer and the sofa is a sofa bed which is very helpful and when i needed towels or toilet paper they brought it straight to us. The pool, bar and hot tub was a 10/10, for the price this is an amazing hotel. I will be back here.

I arrived around 11:30 PM on Tuesday to check in, and the lady at the front desk was very rude. I was just asking a few questions and trying to understand everything, but even though I was being friendly, she had an aggressive attitude the whole time. The rooms were also old and not very clean. Other than that, the location was excellent, which made the trip enjoyable, and the pools were clean and well maintained.

Liked: Beachfront view plus direct access to the beach, very respectful and courteous staff, availability of a mini kitchenette with just enough cooking utensils. Disappointed: general maintenance of the rooms was wanting ( except for the queen beds ) everything else needs to be improved on. They need a proper touch or replacement, work on cleanliness especially the carpet, if possible it should be replaced! Lastly, parking which is across the road is a bit of an inconvenience. All the same I did enjoy my 5 day stay and Panama City Beach is definitely a great place to visit!

Located in a great spot for shopping and pier park and shopping. The beach was great, loved the fact that they did not come into your room, but came around to take your trash and give you new towels and anything else you needed. 2 pools. The girls in the office were very helpful. Would definitely come back. Thank you
