**Portside Resort HOA charges a parking and armband fee and can be paid via the Honk app by scanning a QR code on arrival. These fees are in addition to any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. The cost for parking is $40 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Armbands are $1 per armband and required for every guest staying. 6 armbands is the maximum number that will be issued and max occupancy is 6 people.**

Spring Break '25 at Portside

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this beachy, cozy condo at Portside. It was just perfect for our Spring Break trip, and Signature Destinations could not have been more helpful and accommodating with booking and information. I highly recommend choosing this condo for any and all beach stays and of course would refer anyone looking for an easy and affordable booking option to go with Signature Destinations. Shoutout to Brandi and Chad Reynolds! They are truly the best!

Clean, great location, exactly how looks in pics

Unit was clean, loved the location, short walk to the beach and pools right outside the unit. Very responsive host. Will definitely be bringing the family back again!! Awesome stay
